In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "xy777," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the xy777 online gaming platform operating at https://xy777.co and all associated services, applications, and systems.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the xy777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member profile created by a Player on the xy777 platform, comprising personal information, wallet balance, bet history, and account preferences.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on the xy777 platform, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and fishing arcade games.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the Philippine Peso balance held within a Player's xy777 account, representing deposited funds less any amounts wagered, plus any winnings credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by xy777 to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements and conditions set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and proof of Philippine residency as required by xy777 and applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing the xy777 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the services provided by xy777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time, together with any additional terms applicable to specific Games or promotions as published on the xy777 platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the xy777 platform and, where an Account exists, request its closure via the customer support channel.

xy777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account. Continued use of the xy777 platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use the xy777 platform, you must:

1. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the xy777 platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification, a valid Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and to notify xy777 promptly of any changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other platforms or financial services;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Notify xy777 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account after each session when using shared or public devices.

xy777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by the Player's failure to maintain reasonable security practices.

xy777 is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. As a registered Player, you agree to provide, upon request and within the timeframe specified by xy777, the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, including but not limited to a driver's license, Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS card, UMID card, or Voter's ID;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence confirming your Philippine residential address, dated within the past three (3) months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the GCash, Maya, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.

KYC verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal request is processed. xy777 reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time. Failure to provide required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

xy777 accepts deposits exclusively via approved Philippine payment channels. The currently accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method;
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the xy777 Account holder;
• Third-party deposits — deposits made on behalf of another person from a payment account belonging to someone other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited;

• xy777 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers as deposit methods at this time.

Players may request withdrawal of their available Account Balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an exception is approved by xy777 compliance;

General Bonus Conditions

General Gameplay Conditions

• All virtual game outcomes at xy777 are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are certified to produce fair, unpredictable results;
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment — real cards, dice, and roulette wheels — operated by professional dealers under controlled studio conditions;
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, xy777's servers record the last valid game state. Gameplay will resume or settle from that recorded state in accordance with the applicable game rules;
• Malfunction of any game, whether software or hardware, voids all plays and wagers for the affected rounds. xy777 will refund stakes placed on voided rounds;

Sports Betting Conditions

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xy777 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering while under the age of twenty-one (21);
• Creating more than one Account on the xy777 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's Account or payment method without their explicit authorization;
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of crime through the xy777 platform;
• Colluding with other Players, xy777 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal human play;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the xy777 platform software — such errors must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses or systematically exploiting promotion terms in ways not intended;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event offered on the xy777 sports betting platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xy777 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the xy777 platform.

xy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Account holder has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10;
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Account holder without first contacting xy777 support;
• xy777 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive;
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion under xy777's Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an Account is suspended due to suspected Prohibited Conduct, any balance held in the Account will be placed on hold pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, xy777 reserves the right to forfeit the held balance. Where no violation is found, the balance will be released and the Account reinstated or, at the Player's election, a withdrawal processed.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting xy777 customer support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned via the Player's verified withdrawal method.

xy777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly within their xy777 Account settings:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, xy777's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the xy777 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xy777 shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind;
• Losses arising from interruption to platform access due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond xy777's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, network outages, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Losses caused by unauthorized Account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security practices.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the xy777 platform, shall first be referred to xy777's customer support for informal resolution. xy777 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal complaint procedures, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players retain all rights available to them under Philippine consumer protection law.

xy777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.
